Sorry we've been MIA- things have been SO hectic lately! Congrats on the grandkid, Cham and on the wedding Juliette! You look stunning!

We had our nonlegal Barcelona elopement last week. I only have two pictures to share, but here they are! The photographer said the rest should come in next week.

Our legal courthouse wedding is tomorrow morning! Then I'm a Mrs.! Yay!

I got this from Sydney I feel as if our April 25th date will have to be changed and everyone that is invited has that day off. I am ready to just say STICK IT and not do this anymore...YES i love him but its BS we have to be made to wait and wait and wait and wait!! I am SICK OF IT. I been bawling all damn day

HERE IS THE LETTER

FIRST they said UP to 10 days ( THAT was when they received it on the 26th of FEB.

NOW it says this!!!!!!!!!

I am at the end of my damn rope..THEN it will be scheduled AFTER our wedding and he wont be here and all that money down the drain..IM so close to being done and letting him find someone who is CLOSER to him so he can be happy..I feel like I am letting him down by not having this go faster!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been almost 2 years since I last got to kiss and hold him...ITS pure torture!!! I am sick of them already so damn sick

OUR luck they will say WE need more tax ####### ( no have not filed and NO it is NOT over 17,500 because I had JUST started and the new raise is NOT on it...BUT they said I could use my SSI in an email...So why am I stressing)

I just want him home...I cant take it anymore

Yep. Those better things will probably kill this in a month or two. Until AOS starts...but I wonder if that can revive it.

I am very sorry i know how hard it is...we were approved in the beinging of november and it took us until march 23rd to get an interview. They kept putting us off further and further so that is still my worry now that they are going to do it at the interview. he could be denied because he was a student here and was not supposed to come back for 2 years and that is always on the top of my mind. if he is denied by any chance i will give up because i do not have the willpower or finances to keep going on with this...i cannot do that to him or myself...Try not to give up yet just talk to him about it and weigh ur pros and cons....

Aww Cham, I really feel for you. I am sure that he doesn't feel you are letting him down, he is in this with you and knows how these things move and the rubbish and hoops that we all go through. Unfortunately you are going through so much more than your share.

It is a terrible emotional trauma, you want him so bad but can't put up with the hoops anymore, but know that is the only way for you two to be together again, the thing you want most in the whole world. I can identify with that feeling.

Don't give up, you may still receive your interview date in time. If you can use your SSI then why not do so? its an alternative they have offered you.

Everything at this moment in time is sensitive, you are anxious, emotionally drained and really stessed. Give yourself some time out, have a pamper session, an evening out with some friends, something to unwind with. Then you can come back and find a way through this. You have done so well hanging in there so far, dont let the system get in the way of what you want and deserve.

Well, we're married!!!! I'm surprised to say that it doesn't feel that different. I think that's a good thing- our relationship is strong and comfortable and the title is trivial.

We'll be getting the courthouse pics in a few days, but it was a pretty low key affair. I'll post one or two once we get them. And a handful of our Barcelona pics are here:
