SORRY HAVE NOT POSTED...DAUGHTER HAD HER BABY!! A lil girl named EVIE ANNABELLE..I will post pics later as I am late to work.

STILL waiting on an interview date ..they said up to 10 days working days and it has been that tomorrow SO sent them an email as we do not want to have to change our wedding date!!!

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

Not really keeping track or anything...interview in 12 days...afraid we going to be the first one of us denied a visa...

You should be more positive!!! He will be fine and he WILL get it!

thank you i hope so it is very hard for me to think positive because i know there is one reason why they can deny us....so until i hear he is approved i will be worried about this...but i guess we will find out soon...

Still waiting and our case cannot be found. USCIS says the sent and NVC never received it yet.

Hi!

When you call NVC do you speak to a real person? I only ask as the K1 visa dont show up on their automated system....

You should have been at NVC by now if not cleared it, when you speak to NVC ask them specifically if "you're in administrative processing" unlikely as they would at least have a record of your file. Keep chasing them tho and GOOD LUCK!

Hi, I also have same date of NOA2 (12/19/08) from USCIS.

This week, our lawyer just received a letter from USCIS about our inquiry and told us to wait for 60 (long) days for them to track where our records now. I think all the records approved on that date was sent to NRC (Natl Records Ctr) instead of NVC. We now asked for a help from a congressman in my fiance's place to help expedite our papers fr USCIS to NVC coz that's what others did and suggested to me.

feb was nao2 but mine march " rfe"------July filers too

...just sent ours out as well couple a days ago...we all just have to sit back and try not to get over anxious

as long as your intent is true to your fiance(e) and to yourself...
