OK, I'll bite...what's your job?

What I meant was I had to get fingerprinted and have state and federal background checks for it so I wonder if that shows up somehow when they do the security check. Kind of a my name's in their system thing.

NOA 2. Really?

I've had that done for a job before as well. If that truly is the reason for the wait... grrr.

You never know, but looking on VJ, you see the trends.

Any connection with aviation, you wait. Ever been fingerprinted and background checked for a job, you wait.

My biggest criminal offense is getting a ticket for unsafe lane change like 7 years ago and I went to court and worked out a deal where it dropped off my record in 90 days. Beyond that, I have never done anything that should slow this process up, so what's the deal? People who cut off motorcycle cops need to be investigated more than the average petitioner?

That is insane ! It is like for the petitioners who filed in july and never got a touch, which means that their folder have never been opened ! Or the ones who got 100 touches but no approval or RFE. What the f**k ? It is crazy !

Johny's interview date is not until march 23rd. I do not like this haiti embassy one bit. First they make us wait a month and a half for his packet three...then we send everything in and they make us wait another 6 weeks to get an interview because they said they need my father's (johnys co sponsor)natualization or resident card....ummm hello my father was born in the united states!!! They will give u a quick interview unless u forget something...well they never even asked for his birthcertificate...but some how they found a way to make it so our interview was six weeks back...and i dont know if they extended his approval then cuz that expires on march 5th i believe. I dont even feel like im in a relationship right now i hate it...this whole process is ridiculous.

IM so so soo sorry for the people that are still waiting for their NOA2's it doesnt seem right at all...and I hope you all get approvals soon...

We feel soo bad for you guys... just wanted to let you know that we're still thinking about you and praying for your approvals. No one deserves the anguish you all have had to endure waiting this long - and the patience you've had to have while others have received approvals etc..

When you all get approved we MUST pick a date in 2010 to have our 1st annual July filers reunion!

I just can't wait until we're ALL onto the next phase of this God-forsaken process!!!

.... any ideas on where we could all meet?? Maybe a Vegas weekend?? Ideas?

Thanks for the prayers, we need it. It's rough not knowing when anything is going to happen.

Great baby pics. You guys must be having the best time ever.

West coast is easier for us, but I have family in the South too so it doesn't make too much of a difference where a July filer party would be...

Thank you! All you guys n your friendship n help has meant so much! I know wen we all signed up here, we all saw the dreaded 6 Month + Waiting thread n all hoped it wouldnt be us. But there had to be a few of us unfortunately. Personally, I'm doing ok, God is taking care of me and I know He will work it all out for the good! He sees the big picture.

Anyways, I'm in southern California, so i could do a vegas weekend. (except i lived there for a year n i haate it there!!) very painful time for me and the memories, but i can manage haha.

Thanks Nick n Shannon and everyone else. I'm sure I speak for all us stragglers, we are very happy for you all approved, getting your interviews n moving over! (now the ppl who filed in nov/dec n getting approved, i cant lie n say i feel joy wen i read Oh my gosh! we got our noa2 after waiting soooo long! its been 3 whole months!! haha.

Hopefully, we will all be with our SOs by 2010 :crying:

Love you, all my Julers! (L)

Have not posted because I did not want to come on till I was no so depressed.

Im so depressed tonight. It has been 2 years Jan 20th that Kai was last here and we are STILL waiting on the darn package to get to him! Customs FINALLY released the stupid thing ( dummy me sent him things he needed instead of doing it SEPERATELY!) Now Valentines is here and it is our 2cd one apart. I hate it. I get scared they will ask him WHY have you both waited so long to see each other again. Well ONE no money. Its been sooooooo tight for us both.

I cry all the time lately and do not let him know because I do not want him to worry. I get scared they will deny him and to be honest if they did we would do this illegally. I am at the point that I do not care because I just MISS him.

I wanted him home by feb and it is not going to happen. I feel like I failed him yet again. If they deny him I would be so destroyed.

Sorry to those who do not have NOA2s yet..you are so in my prayers

happy for those moving forward to...hugs to you all see you when i find news
