July '08 filers

Just thought I'd drop a note to let you know I'm still alive and lingering.

Andy finally received his police certificate today. It's been over a month since he'd sent in the 2nd application for it, for a total of ~3 months of waiting for it.

Days off are officially over, as I start my weekend floral designer job at Michael's this Saturday.

Everything else is the same. Except my mother heard me say #### for the first time tonight (lol) in regards to an art history class. How I've sheltered her!

Andy and I shared some much needed laughter watching old "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" clips. This is one of the most side-splitting in case you need a laugh, too.

Just had a sad thought - the good news is that a lot of us are moving along in the process with medicals, interviews, US entry but once we start AOS well all be in different threads I wont file for AOS until June. Guess I should start making friends with the K1 November 08 filers hahaha. If all goes well, Jeremy will get his visa on Thursday. Happy day but I'll miss y'all. We've been together for 6 months! It's like we're breaking up lol.

Just saying hi. I'm new to the forums, but filed back in July as well. I wish I had found this place when I first started this process. Oh well, congrats to everyone for their progress so far.

I say we just stay here for updates and if not make a JULY 2008 FILERS AOS UPDATES!!! THIS way we stay in touch I will be sad if we all parted ways!!

Just had a sad thought - the good news is that a lot of us are moving along in the process with medicals, interviews, US entry but once we start AOS well all be in different threads I wont file for AOS until June. Guess I should start making friends with the K1 November 08 filers hahaha. If all goes well, Jeremy will get his visa on Thursday. Happy day but I'll miss y'all. We've been together for 6 months! Maybe we can just create the "AOS for the july 08 K1 filers" what do you think ?

We will have to leave a trail of bread crumbs if we leave here....as far as we have come we need to stick together

I know the July 2007 filers have a thread under Off Topic or something like that so even if we aren't adjusting right away or something we can start a thread down there and keep up that way? Just talk about how they are adjusting, our weddings or whatever.

I am in the same situation in england, I just waited till the DoS line confirmed that the embassy had my case on their system (yesterday) and then I sent the package off today. I didn't see what harm it could do.
