Oh too right !! The consular officer reminded me that if I left the US before I got my GC that if I dont have advanced parole I'd have to start all over again.

I dont remember exactly what I said but she smiled and said " I thought you'd say that!"

Hopefully everyone's will be plain sailing and the "July Gang" can all move forward with our new lives!

My moms smallest was 11 lbs 4 ounces..I was the her first at 12 lbs 13 oz...tia who was next was the 11 lb one

14 lb 3 1/2 ounces!! Growing up all of us girls were SCARED thinking we would have over 10 lb babies!!

Mine were 8 lbs 12 1/2 ounces and 9 plbs 1 ounce...two of my sisters had over 10 lbs but ACK!!!

AND mom had us all naturally!!!!!!!!!!!!! *salutes mom*

Kai has been selling his things and just sold his xbox360 and his 4 games for 450 au..so not to bad...he put that in the bank and he is also selling his comp but not till he has to leave for good that day. His best friend gave him the money for it yesterday and will come to get it the night before he leaves. Kai will THEN go stay with him overnight and he will drive him to the airport. he sold his comp and all the goodies PLUS computer games for 750 dollars so THAT is in the bank as well.

He has his medicals on the 28th so I been nervous...I do not know WHY!! I hate this whole visa process..it has made my ulcer flair up , I found gray hairs and NOW anixity set in and i am taking zoloft.

I start my classes 3 days a week next week..so I am STOKED!! It will mean a WAY better life for Kai and I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally stopped having the panic attacks and said OKAY everything WILL BE FINE!!!!! So I went and bought some foam board ( great deal to!!! I got 16x20s 2 for 1 dollar!!!!!!!!!!) 16 pieces of craft scrap book paper for 1 dollar, glue and so on and weddign scrap book stickers for 1 buck so all together I spent 6 bucks! I made 2 pictures of us for guest to sign

and even made it look 3d!! WAY COOL...I also made our name and the date of marriage along with a banner with the phone board that says TWO HEARTS ONE LOVE all in our wedding colors of royal blue and lilac

Kai loved it so I am happy. I am making most of our wedding stuff because one it saves heaps and two I love that added touch!! I cant WAIT!! We have been working hard to get it ready and let me tell you Its coming along beautifully for WAY cheap...

EEK I sound like a cheapskate HAHAHA..nah it just saves us more money for our honeymoon!

I have a question about my i-134. I got my 2008 w2 yesterday and it shows i make sufficient funds to support my fiance. Do I just make a copy of it and send it with the i-134 or do i have to get it filled with a accountant and then send it to her? It states on it that i have made over the poverty line to support her. People also said send my 2007 tax return but that only shows i made 10,000 because i just started my job in august of 2007. What should i do?

I say send your fiance a copy of your 2008 w2 with the i-134 along with your previous tax returns. I'm not sure why you'd need an accountant's help.

I made some research... So, we are supposed as french people to do the "publications des bans" 2 months before the wedding date if you want your wedding to be official in France also. It is a big surprise for me I have to admit cuz' I didn't know it.

They say that if you get married without doing this "publication des bans" the consular in L.A or S.F (for you) will maybe ask for an interview with the couple for a few questions, and they will check if the marriage is acceptable.

I sent an email to the guy in charge of that kinda case in LA and I will let you know informed.

Jamie and I will get married in Vegas middle of march, so it is too late for us to do the publication des bans. Damn ! If I knew this before !!!!

If I begin to put all the documents they need from me and Jamie together it will take at least 2 weeks, so #### the publication des bans. I'm so tired of all this process, K1, publication des bans, AOS etc... You can't imagine !!!!

I already got the reply from the french embassy. We can breath dear future french friend ! We can take care of everything after the wedding. We will just receive some questions to check if it is a visa fraud or not... I will send you the reply so you can send it to Jeremy cuz' it is in french. Mwah !

I was going to send the 2008 ones BUT I do not have enough on that one either..BAH \I am not worrying ANYMORE as I have the email THEY sent stating what I need to send and that I make enough with the SSI..

Fingers crossed for you guys, I'm with Koakland on this one, you can never have too much. They never asked to see any of my evidence and when the Co looked at the tax returns she just looked at the bottom figure (I assume thats total income?) and ticked the box on her list!
