Thank you everyone for your comments and best wishes for Shan and Ryan.

The hospital allowed her to set her up her laptop and we spent 8-10 hours chatting on video on Skype this evening.

Ryan is progressing well and Shan although very tired and sore looked as gorgeous as ever. I'm so proud!!

All being well they will be home Sunday, maybe Monday and if all goes well on Tuesday I'll be home a week later!!!!

I CANT WAIT!

How many pictures are you you guys taking to the interview. Right now we have about 18 and some of those are the ones we sent in with our petition.

before my interview yesterday. They handed me back the photos and some other evidence that we had sent in our originial 1-129f package. They said it wasn't needed anymore.

When i was called for my interview an hour later. The lady asked to see new photos of us. I gave her 12 and she was satisfied with them. She also asked to see older evidence of our relationship (we have known each other 10 years), so i gave them the evidence that they had just returned to me , hotel receipts, phone bills etc aswell as other evidence that i had on me

they want NEW pics...I only have the ones from jan-april 2007:( BUT i added extras that i did not put in the first petition.

we have all the skype calls about 9 pages and 30 pages of skype messages AND then emails about 5 extra

I been so nervous sick to my gut...i miss him..been bawling today...I get scared they will change there mind and say NO you CANT use SSI even though the email says I could from them..(I sent THAT to LOL as evidence with my I-134 HEHE)

does he TAKE the I 134 to the interview btw???????? OR send it in with the other stuff?

Cham, I'm not sure if all embassies are the same, but in London you submit the I-134 at the interview.

thanks sugar beans I think it is the same in Aussie land to...

even this years income tax wont show I make enough because it is not a full year AND it wont show my new raise SIGh so hope all goes well.

I am to the point that if he does not pass the interview I am still having him come here EVEN if it is in another state and meeting him in vegas to get hitched...

I WILL NOT have some government official tell us WE can't be together over a few dollars

I need to stop stressing! They said I made enough and I sent in a letter explaining WHYYYYYY so hopefully

I just miss him..its been 1.6 years since I last got to even be in the same room as him

I really just miss even being in that room with him..I would give up 10 years of my life to just smell his hair again, to hold his hand to do everything with him again

Awww, Cham. I can't even imagine what it's like to be apart for that long. But you've come so far and you two obviously love each other very much to make the sacrifices you have made. The worst of it is over. You've done all you can possibly do to make sure the interview goes well, so try and relax in the meantime. Easier said than done, but a foot soak or bubble bath goes a long way .

Wow i am not sure that we have enough evidence...we have a lot of the same pictures that we sent with the k-1. The only pictures that we didnt send i think is the ones his friend took when johny was asking me to marry him. He has some phone records i sent him but it isnt his number it is the calling card number so i sent a few of the used calling cards too...i dont know i just hope it is enough. i know that some countrys or people there hardly even look at the evidence. man why would we go through all of this trouble if it wasnt a real relationship anywayz...Johny also has like four letters i have sent him and our conversations on aim. He hasnt gotten the last two letters i have sent him in the mail for some reason...

Because some people get $3 to $5 K for it?

Think about it, if all you had to do was send off a form, wait 6 months and get a $3000 check? Easy money if you have no personal investment in it and no morals.
