Apparently France embassy is not too bad. Around 1 month between the day they receive the case 'til the day of the interview... I'm supposed to leave France at the beginning of March cuz' my wedding is on march 14th... Maybe 12th if we can cuz' the hotels in Vegas are way less expensive at that date

i know I must have talked to the moron they hired Had sent out three emails ASKING if it was sent IN THE post aka mail

to his po bock yet..they send him the SAME email to print out the papers SIGH

THEN his father is being a snag and PRAT over him using the printer...they are only doing it to try to stop him from coming here...SO he is off to buy one today...He told his father it is HIS life deal with it..its happening and nothing he can do about it.

Can't he just go to the library and print the forms? It would be a lot cheaper than buying a printer.

you can only use 15 Min's at the library and some forms he cant save we tried..SOOOO he has to either pay his sister 5 bucks to use it (yep she is a teenage snot nosed booger lol) I told him pay her its cheaper then buying the printer..he tried and she said 20 dollars ...lil SNOT ANYWAY he bought one instead...

His family hates me and they let me know how they feel..

Cops have been called many times on his father. HIS father is kind of accepting it..Its just childish and they will be the ones to miss out on his wonderful and amazing journey in life and love.

I don't know these people, but imagine if your kid was going to move to another country to marry someone with that much of an age difference...I can see how people would freak. Plus culturaly, older women and younger men are looked at alot differently that younger women and older men. It's a double standard but what can you do?

I I understand their point however I wanted to move there so his family could see him be married and when it got closer to us filing they FREAKED out. We talked on the cam and voice chat.

Oh they have heaps of money.

He has a job waiting here at red lion inn as a chef. WOOT the thing with Australia is where he lives they want experience RIGHT away. Most jobs want that and he cant find anything.

He went on a trial for a week and this guy NEVER paid him. It was so dang frustrating. So for now he is telemarketing.

He does not want to live there anymore due to his families BS. If you all knew the things they did to try to break us up you would shake your head and think it was from a book or soap opera

They have tried to say that I was making moves on his father ( all lies) they tried to get me to talk dirty to him on skype (which he said I did however he saves all chats and Kai was able to print it all out. THAT was a HUGE fight.

His mom and dad have even come into his flat (that is on the family property which he rents UNDER a contract HE made up so they do not screw him over.) He has had to call the police 7 times. The police tell them he is an adult under law and you can't do anything.

He has been beat, slapped, punched I was called a pedophile (Like he is some lil child!) a wh*re, Sl*t you name it

We used to talk all the time and I tried HARD to get to know them. I sent gifts from here you name it...When it came time to my birthday I was hurt and shocked when his mom said I am not getting that prat anything. You are MY son and she is NOT stealing you away.

I said fine so be it..I will leave them me however I love him and he loves me..it is OUR life not theirs. I respect them however I deserve the same back and I am okay with them not liking me..they can hate me all they want..but they will not disrespect me as Kai does not allow it.

NOW his other family members LOVEEEEEEEEEEE ME. Just his mom mostly and his dad will try hard to please her so she does not b*tch and complain I am stealing her baby. THEN he will turn around ..slip him money and tell him Go have a great life.

I pray hard one day they will accept me. I do not see it though but I still hope..hope and prayers for them is all I have right now. I still care about them as it is his family and without them he would not exist. I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart that they helped bring this beautiful creature into this world for me to love forever.

Where you need to fill in your request you could include the date you filed, that there has been no activity on your case and that others that have filed at the same time you have are being approved and some are even at the interview stage... and that you're requesting that they inquire on your behalf as to the status of your case.

Good luck - and if you do have any questions.. please ask! we all wanna help get everyone approved as soon as possible!!

OKAY not TRYING to sound like a HUGE moron, BUT........ HOW do you get the medical IF you do not have pck 3 yet (except by email and the med forms come in pck 4) Do we just CALL them and THEY send out the papers BEFORE the others OR how do we do this.

From what I gather we mail in ALL the forms to the embassy and they send them to medicals and THEN we get pck four
