Well page two again!!

MAD PANIC this morning, RE-checking everything ready for my interview and suddenly dawned on me that my passport is in the name of NICK instead of Nicholas (which I never EVER use) All my d/l etc etc are in NICK so called the USEM and checked, all my applications have NICHOLAS on. Even tho in the other names used section we put NICK the passport must have NICHOLAS on it.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Appointment booked for premium same day service at the passport office for Monday!

The cost £115 + getting to bleeding Newport in WALES!!!!

This visa game is tough, must be nearly full time ???????

Really makes me wonder about security when you're issued a sensitive travel document with the wrong name on it!

well Nick is my name why would they assume it was the wrong name?

DO NOT FAX IT!! Send it by regular mail. beside the letter you need a form stating that the congressman has permission to look into your case. it is called a request for assistance form. it has to be signed and dated.

i just did it believe me :star:

Ouch! £115 !!! Holy whistlin' snap! I can identify with the name thing...Katherine which I never use, and Kate which is what I've always gone by. Even my drivers license says Kate...but not the passport..

Good thing you had a once over before and found that though!

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

thank you guys !!! :D

we are going to try the infopass too, but we dont find the option for our case......this are the 4 option:

Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.

Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.

Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

anybody did an appointment to get a infopass?

Hello everyone, I am glad things are moving on well for you all. Soon you will be together and wont have to think about this stuff for a while. Keith has emailed me a few times, from work , still says its over , but today i got one that said he is sorry for what he has done to me, he said that he knows how he feels about me but that is irrelavant to what he has done to me, he also said that he senses everyone hates him now in my family so he told me to forget him. I dont have a clue where he got that from as I havent told anyone in my family , I have kept this all to myself and trying to deal with it by myself. I dont know where his head is at but I have told him I am still here.

The tears are starting to slow down finally , still not sleeping well, still missing him so much and alls I want is for him to hold me and tell me its all going to be ok. I really love him guys and I know he loves me. He said in the email he is really messed up and I dont know how hard it was for him to say goodbye , well if it was that hard then fix it but I guess it is easier right now for him to just let it all go.

I have set him free and if he comes back its meant to be , if not then I had a great time over the last 2 years and I have no regrets. I look at his pictures every day and close my eyes and I feel him near me and that gets me through the day. I have his voice recorded on my pc so I listen to them from time to time just so I can hear his voice in my ears. My heart still aches for him and my soul tells me he will come around someday and realize what he has lost. I know I will be waiting for this day.

I have been asked out on some dates but am not interested as he is my true love and I will stay faithful to him. I have decided as of right now anyways that I dont want anyone else in my life, one I cant take any more pain and two I only want him. Some of you will think I am crazy for still wanting him after all of this but I am not crazy , I am just in love with him. He is my world and without him I am a lost puppy , existing day by day. I pray he gets help and then comes back. When he is well he is the best man ever and he makes me happy. I wont give up on him , never

I love you guys and amm soooo happy for you all

Chelle

Yay finally now lets get this show on the road again!

Finally! We had got to the stage where we were working on plan B  We're keeping that in mind...in case we manage to go off the rails some other way...heaven forbid.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Going off the rails is the best bit

English please....

I guess literally it means deviating from the track/planned route.

it slang terms it usually refers to " he was such a nice boy till he started....(eg drinking) then he went off the rails" so being naughty/misbehaving.
