No :( Buuut we can't complain! He'll be here within mere days! And for that we are SO SO grateful!

I thought that "expedited" was not a part of the immigration vocabulary...

:lol: no kidding! We just thought we'd ask (as my c section is on the 16th)... figured it couldn't hurt. But shaving 10 days off is awesome, and we'll take it!

We'll be watching and cheering for you both to just sail through!!! From what I've gathered reading your posts - France is a bit different though, and you aren't able to go to your medical ahead of time like Nick did, are you?

No :( Buuut we can't complain! He'll be here within mere days! And for that we are SO SO grateful!

Before the interview but not way before the interview like in the UK. Once we get p4, he can make an appt for the medical. im not so worried about it. i have faith that the medical and maybe (hopefully) the interview will be this month.

Finally Juliette got it; that was the post I was looking for when I saw we were on page 190 or something.

Still waiting here...tomorrow is 6 months since they signed for our papers. 2 more weeks and I can be an official member of the 6+ month thread. You guys better be warming up my seat...I'm looking forward to the form letters after I send my service requests etc.

I'm same as you! same noa1 date. so lets keep track of what we'll do, who we'll call, when its 6 months. And yes, we can move to the 6 month thread :crying:

You bet we will, I've booked the night off work and will be sitting waiting for the phone call form our eldest daughter who's gonna take a load of pics before he's whisked away whilst Shan is recovering so as soon as I have them they will be posted!!

Are you going to go for the wait on the day visa so you can leave London with your passport in hand?

Just goes to show that there are humans involved in the visa process after all!!!
