Do they set the interview date BEFORE you send in all the forms OR after????

To all who have not received the noa2 yet I am SO sorry and I hope this week we see some serious approvals!!!

We still have so much to do for this..We set the wedding date for April 25th So we did get THAT done. This week he is heading to get his police certificate and I am working on his packet to send this week. This way its DONE

Also WHAT FORMS DO I SEND HIM for the INTERVIEW?? it says I have to do some as well OR is that just the 1-134??????

I134 and supporting documents, originals or certified copies of any copy that you submitted to USCIS and copies of the NOA1 and NOA2. For example, I am sending to my fiance the I134, tax transcripts, verification of employment letter, a certified copy of my birth cert (I sent USCIS a regular photocopy), all cards and letters that I submitted as evidence of a bonafide relationship annnnnnnnnnd I think that's it. Any other form should be filled out and submitted by your fiance.

I woke up this morning in a good mood and I'm feeling like Juliette I sense/smell good things happening today - NOA2s, Packet 3s, the end of AP for those stuck at NVC and police certificates coming in the mail.

And I have a small dumb question: How do you place others posts in a new post.

For example:

Koakland new post

-Aubrey old post

-Koakland comments

-ShannonheartsNicks old post

-Koakland comments

And obviously I have issues posting pics on this thing. How are you guys posting pics? I use the code but my pics are huge or they don't appear at all. I see that some of you have it reduced with a black border and then people can click on them to enlarge. how?

On the bottom right of the last typed message are the buttons quote/reply, hit quote and it highlights red then hit reply and hey presto!

I upload images into photo bucket then just cut and paste the appropriate tag line it gives you IE BBcode should start with and end in [img/]

Hey you forget me, im here too, waiting and waiting our noa1 is july 22, so we feel in the same way, i cant believe how ppl from september are approved rigth now, they lost files from july 19 to july 23. :angry

Well at least u are lucky enough to have recieved ur packet 3 yet. does anyone know what type of police certificate they need. Johny said that there are two different ones and one you only have to wait 30 minutes for. Do u think it would be okay for him to make his medical exam and get that done and over with? im just looking for anyway to get this process moving along seems how they keep slowing us down. I hate this process it is ridiculous and they keep giving us the run around.

I assumed it's fine, and I had Andy schedule his medical appointment prior to getting packet 3 (which says they will explain it after he gets an interview date ). They couldn't schedule it for a month, but there's walk-in hours at the Frankfurt medical office if for some reason he needs to do it a different day. The medical is supposed to be good for 6 months according to the Germany embassy site, but you'd best check your individual country.

Let's try not to do "at least you" stuff... we all suffer and wait during this process, and nobody here is trying to top anyone else. This is the only place I've got to vent my frustrations. The police certificate thing has me very frustrated, as we waited around over a month for a certificate that was never coming and we can't send packet 3 back. I certainly never meant to imply my situation was any worse than someone else's.

at least you does come across as rude though:( BUT i do believe it was not meant to be rude and I think it is all a misunderstanding:)

We are all fustrated and ticked at this process for taking SO long! Then when the interview comes we all hope they say yes with no NOs to any of us. It all comes down to some person saying YES or NO you have a bonafide relationship

Scary to think we all love these people and one person can take it away.

Our NOA2 is dated 18th November. We call them all the time...."your case is still in administrative processing..." They won't say why, and they can't say when. There's nothing anyone can do.
