anybody else still waiting for their NOA1? :( starting to get worried...its going to be 2 weeks since i sent out my I129f...

Ours took 25 days to arrive...but we got it in the end.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I wouldn't worry about it as long as I know they received your petition. You sent yours on the 25th, so you still have to wait a week or two.

BTW, did anybody from Vermont got touched today??

No western has ever come close to this one....and no western ever will.

I wouldn't worry about it as long as I know they received your petition. You sent yours on the 25th, so you still have to wait a week or two.

Aug 09.......... Packet sent back b'cos of poor written check

MAR 29 2009...POE (IAH) Intercontinental Airport Houston (2nd day arrival )

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

You are still waiting? your timeline says you sent yours on 6/26.. You should have it in your mail by now.

Oh yes you all should have! I agree!

I would call them and find out what the heck is going on. There is something about a 30 day thing, that if you have not heard from them in 30 days CALL!

07/15/08[/font] Sent off I 129F

07/17/08 Arrived and picked up by CSC

07/25/08 NOA-1 FINALLY!!!!

07/31/08 CHECK WAS CASHED!

07/28/08 touched!!

12/08/08 NOA2 FINALLY!

12/13/08 NOA2 received in the mail

12/18/08 Called NVC at (603)334-0700 and talked to a nice lady named Rose. Our case was received on the13th and was sent out to sydney...WE WILL SEE!

12/13/08 NVC received letter and said they sent out to Sydney

12/18/08 received letter in the mail from NVC.

12/19/08 another letter from NVC stating it was shipped out

12/24/08 ARRIVED IN SYDNEY at 10:26 am and signed by tom

12/29/08 CONFIRMED it is at Sydney and Good ol Tom did sign for it LOL THANKS TOM!!

12/29/08 Sydney waiting for paper file from nvc and has it requested

12/31/08 Sydney confirmed through email that the paper file was received

01/05/09 His police checks are done and sent off!!

01/28/09 Kai went to his medicals forgot one of his passport pics and needs two more shots all was good!

2/18/09 medicals ready to be picked

2/20/09 packet 3 sent in

2/26/09 pkt 3 received today takes UP to 10 days

04/07/09 interview....APPROVED!!!!

04/20/09 He flew in ..flight was changed he was 3 hours late BUT HE IS HOME

port of entry took 2 mins!! LOL

04/25/09 WE ARE MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys, i call every day, but it's the same story " no record yet " some of them are :innocent: , they want me to call back in about 1 to 2 weeks, and some of them are :devil: they want me to call back after 90 days, i'm really faustrated right here guys.

Yes I check everyday & I got my first touch(whateva that means but hey atleast they are doing something with my package) today. :dance:

Guys when can we expect our NOA2? I am thinking the last week of Oct.. And what do you do after you get NOA2?

I'm starting to worry...I mean, I assume yours and mine got accepted in the same batch so why haven't they even cashed my check yet? And nothing in the mail.....

Would it be an issue that the check was from my mom and not me? I don't have a checking account so I gave her the money and she wrote a check so that I could track and see when they cashed it.

Did you send your package with delivery confirmation or return receipt? If you're sure they have it and it's been 30 days, keep calling.

Yeah, I check every day, even though I realistically know I've got months to wait until anything happens. But I keep hoping to see some miracle despite this. :P At least maybe we'll beat the VJ estimate, since Cali's center seems to have been picking up the pace a bit this last month. It's so sad Cali takes 4-6 weeks longer than Vermont!

VJ estimates your NOA2 date for you. Check out your own timeline. :)

After NOA2, they send stuff to the national visa center, then to your country's consulate. If you haven't already, check out the K1 guide and flowchart. It explains everything pretty well.

It seems like noone from Vermont is getting their NOA1(Except for few)... I just dont know what to tell you... I just think they have way 2 many cases and not enuff ppl.. :(

yea seems like it...just getting so impatient...

and the longer it takes now, the longer the overall process is going to take.

i do feel a little bit better that many people are still awaiting NOA1's...and at least i know my petition was in fact not received and not lost or anything.

everyday i come home hoping to God that the NOA1 is in the mail...not today :( maybe tomorrow. i want my baby here!
