I LOSE , My last chance for a cosponsor has just emailed me and backed out. There is noone else. I cant do this anymore. My heart is breaking and I cant stop crying but it looks like its over now. I cant wait for another year to be with him , my heart cant deal with it my head cant take it. I am lost Everything is going wrong in my life now. I am all alone and noone can help me His interview is weeks away and we made it this far and now its over. How do I tell him? How do I go on without him in my life. Why did God bring him to me only to have this happen? Do I deserve this ? I cant take it

I'm so sorry you have to go through all of this . I wish I had more advice to give you, but you love each other and no matter what- you WILL make it work. We're faced with having to wait a while too, for different reasons, but I can relate to how heartbreaking the mere thought of it is. I know it's difficult, but you'll find a way to be together. hun YOU can do this. If you have to take a small part time to make it up..I know how it is mine backed out to BUT we made it work and YOU can to...I been apart from kai for 1.6 years now without being able to afford a visit or him. Now that we can it is far to into the visa to even try to visit. YOU CAN TAKE IT YOU CAN DO IT!!! hold your head up and turn that stumbling block into a stepping stone..love is worth it sweetie!

Awww. Its not over yet! If you know God brought him to you, He will make it happen. Just because you dont know how right now, doesnt mean it won't work. Pray and trust! Its ok to be discouraged but I dont believe its over for you! Keep praying! Talk it over with your fiance. There will be a way! Its just another obstacle you two have to go through again!

Sweety, keep your head up! Be discouraged and sad for a while and then stand up again with new ideas and maybe even alternative plans. You two have gotten so far that this won't break it.

Try everything you can to get him to the US and if that doesn't work, how about moving to Europe with him if he is here right now??

USCIS for sure wouldn't bother you anymore.

I don't know much about your personal situation but I really believe that two people that love each other will always find a way. It might take some effort and time and it won't be easy, but there is always a way!!!

You can make this happen, you've had bigger obstacles put in your way before and got over them stronger than you were before.

Tell him, it's now more than ever that you need his love and support. Between you both you will find a way to be together. Do not give up hope now, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm still waiting too............had TWO touches in October but NOTHING since and I'm losing my mind this week. Really not dealing well with this at ALL!! Thankyou for the replys. I am trying to figure this all out and my head is in a better place today. I didnt sleep at all last night as fear took over, hence my post. I havent been able to speak to Keith yet so that hasnt helped. My question is this... At the first of the year up until I went to england so 6 months I worked for my brother in law , it was under the table so no taxes were taken out. If I get a W2 from him can I claim that , yes I would claim it on my taxes also but is this possible, if so between that and the other two jobs I worked at before I left along with the child support that I have recieved I would be over the amount needed to sponsor Keith.

I figure the interview wont come up until January so can I use 08s income instead of 07s. I will also be working for him again now so that gives me a steady income of 500 a week. Is this possible???

Please say it is. as 2007 I only made 11,084 with that is the child support added in. Someone please tell me how to go about this

Wow, I can't believe it! We have slowly made it into Igor's Top 40 with some fine other June and July filers! Yay #37! Who knows, we may even be lucky enough to break into the Top 10 in the coming weeks. What an honor. My salute to all those 36 other petitioners & Igor watchers with positions above me! In any kind of scoring system attaining these lofty positions would be truly admirable, so here it should also be that way! Part of me would really feel dissapointed in myself to have only made it to 105 or 78 and suddenly be booted out of this stage. Here's to more of us 'making it to the Top!"

Did u try and local churches or anything...everyone was telling me to go there when i was having troubl after my friend backed out...

Well i dont think it is going faster at all....infact i am so sick of immigration...we were approved like 6 weeks ago and my fiance still did not get his packet 3 yet...it is not moving faster...he should have an an interview date by now and physical date....this is bullcrap and it is depressing...i just want him back home and for this to be over with...

I know it might sound silly and I dont mean it too but have you spoken to anyone at NVC/the embassy?

okay so here is the deal...monday Johny called the embassy in haiti...and of course they wouldnt tell him #### without the pin number...so i called NVC who said that they sent the package to haiti on NOV 12!!!!!!!! So We purchased the stupid pin #. Johny and I both called them today and collectively got from them that they sent packet 3 out on Nov 25th however he has not recieved it. So NOW they said that we have to give the post office at least a month to find his house and deliever it and if they dont deliever it before or on 25th, he will be given permission to go pick it up himself at the embassy but he is not allowed to do it before the month is up!

IM so sick of this i cant stop crying i just want it to be over with. He should have already had his interview said up by now...it is ridiculous. It sucks how someone else besides us has control over our love life...i hate it so much...
