Has anyone approved sometime last week called NVC yet?

I did...curiosity got the better of me!!

NOA2 9th, NVC rec'd case 11th, NVC sent to USEM UK 12th.

15th managed to pee off the 'nice' lady at DOS :whistle:

Hiya! Thanks for you reply. Now, did you call NVC again the following day to check if they have sent it off already? I saw that it only took them 1 day for your papers to get sent off to USEM UK.

I actually gave them a reprieve and let them have Friday all to themselves! :innocent:

I called NVC today and they told me the case was sent out Friday, i wasn't expecting it to be turned around that quick.

12/09/2008 NOA2 approved

01/13/2009 Medical completed

02/03/2009 Interview - APPROVED!!

02/28/2009 POE Raleigh/Durham

05/02/2009 Official wedding day...get to see the family!

04/11/2009 AOS paperwork sent

04/17/2009 NOA for I-765 & I-131

05/13/2009 Biometrics appointment

05/08/2009 Biometrics done

06/05/2009 EAD & AP approved

06/23/2009 back in the UK

Have you got vows done ready?

Ours left NVC on Friday 12/05 but wasnt collected by DHL till 12/08, delivered 12/10 but they havent input it to the system yet, the nice lady (must've called before Dawn upset her :innocent: ) said it may take a few days to "go live" on their system and to allow 6-10 working days from leaving NVC.

The calls start again tomorrow hehe

Yep I have mine written for Shan, I dont know if she's got hers ready yet, think she's been preoccupied with "stuff"

maybe now thats sorted ........well till tomorrow anyway!!

Great! I've called NVC just now and luckily they now have our case! Yaaay! The rep said I should try and call again by the end of this week to see if they've sent it. So, we'll see.. I'll call in 2 days hahaha

Most seem to be turned around quite quickly so keep calling! Fingers crossed for ya!

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

Well i dont think it is going faster at all....infact i am so sick of immigration...we were approved like 6 weeks ago and my fiance still did not get his packet 3 yet...it is not moving faster...he should have an an interview date by now and physical date....this is bullcrap and it is depressing...i just want him back home and for this to be over with...

Not moving at all for us either, we're stuck at NVC. It's completely ludicrous. :angry:

All along they've been saying 2 to 4 weeks. Now we're told they cannot estimate.

I know it might sound silly and I dont mean it too but have you spoken to anyone at NVC/the embassy?
