Just got off the phone with NVC. Spoke with a real person this time and was told our case was received yesterday. Automated system still says they have no record of our case, so I encourage everybody who got approved last Friday to give them a call and talk to customer service rep and get a real update.

how come they havent got mine?! got my noa2 on dec 3. u got urs dec 5. ive always talked to real person when i call nvc and they always say that they dont have my case yet... i wonder what happened to it...

How many of us in this thread still haven't been approved or had an RFE? I know there at least are one or two others out there...it's getting lonely in here!

Timeline:

K-1

07/30/08- I-129F was delivered to Vermont

08/11/08- NOA1

12/14/08- NOA2

02/11/09 Interview (Approved!)

03/07/09 POE at JFK

03/13/09 Married!

AOS

04/08/09- NOA1 for AOS and EAD (we didn't apply for AP)

04/22/09- Case Transferred to CSC

04/24/09- Biometrics Appointment

05/22/09- EAD card production ordered

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered

07/21/09- I-485 Approval Notice Sent

07/24/09- Green card received in the post!

I can't imagine how stressed you guys must be :(. Your timeline says your case was assigned to an officer- have you heard anything since?

How long does it take for darn NVC to send this ####### to haiti??? It said when they sent me my letter that they would send it to haiti in one week...but he has not recieved his packet yet...and it has been a month and 6 days since recieving his noa2...dont they know i want him home!?!?!?!?!? im getting so fed up with this immigration process...i did my bank and employee letter on month ago and im not doing it again do u all think that it will still be okay??? My dad just got his stuff together this week...im going to call NVC tomorrow not sure if they are open but im going to try i have not had time to call im either at school or at work....rahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Koakland I thought for sure you would have gotten your approval this week. Well I remember last week Aubry didn't get her approval until 7:30 on Friday night...so maybe some of us will get ours this week.

Yeah, me too. I'm hoping for some Friday night magic. My fiance thinks we'll get it next week. I hope so. I read somewhere on VJ that processing times can be increased if you've had a visa issued before. My fiance had a J1 visa 3.5 years ago when we met so maybe that's why I haven't gotten the NOA2 yet?? security checks? Eh, I dunno. Hopefully I'll be approved by my 150th day, hopefully.

some of us just take longer...idk why. no rhyme or reason. well i have to head off to work so cant check anymore today. hopefully wen i come home i'll have something but i'm not counting on it. best wishes to everyone! hope for some friday night approvals!

Touched 11/25 and 11/26. No RFE or NOA2 and no file at NVC. Big jump forward in the timelines today too...what's up with that?
