I have been working dilligently on everything needed after NOA2 received. I went to the WIKI and have found lots of shortcuts and help..maybe you already know this but there is alot of current and useful info. NVC still has not received my package so I do not have a case number. Timing becomes real important it appears at this phase. It may differ from embassy to embassy. And I know in Colombia it will be difficult to find find vaccination records, porr Alexandra I feel will be a pincushion.

i already got my case number last nov 17. whats next in this? can i take medical with just the case #? or i have to wait for the packet to arrive? how many days you think the packet will arrive from the date we recieved the case #?

whats frustrating in this is you dont know when it will arrive

my tears fall in reading the threads.. its really hard to say goodbye at the airport. sometimes i think im really tired of saying goodbye and waiting but then also i realize that if thats what it takes to have the man i love il just have to feel that feeling. i know soon we will be together.

but grrrrrrrrrr sometimes i cant help but feel frustated and just ended up crying. really thanks for the internet and webcam. i could watch him while his sleeping and he could watch me while im sleeping. hehhehe 24/7.. but feels like not enough because you cant hug him you cant kiss him.

As far as I understand, you can schedule and take your medical once you have NOA2 and your case number from the NVC. I forget how long it's valid for the interview. I'd recommend searching the NVC thread for that info, because I know it's already posted on VJ several times. Good luck.

dont feel bad mine to..this is sooooooooooooooo fustrating I WANT HIM HOME!!!!!!

Last night he moved out of his flat on his parents property because his father threw a door at him just for asking if he could have his friend come over to use the pool (mind you he pays 500 a month to live there) So kai packed up his stuff and moved in with his friends for a week until he can figure out what to do...

His dad said I was on the pention (welfare ) that im a ####### oh the list is longgggggggggggggg It got UGLY

I really want him away from his dads violent behavior. the man has serious control issue.

anyway THAT was OUR night...hope we get some approvals soon or I am going to go nuts!

Mine too, our timeline is moved up to dec 11 to jan 5, we are stuck, december is begining and i not feel very optimist at all, cuz in a week my timeline will be moved again..........to jan-5 to feb-6, come on USCIS , give us a beutiful present for this x-mas please!!!!!! never in my entire life i fell so so badly stresed. but a can do nothing so i buy a extra mega doses of patience, and ok the game is just wait i do it

Hello all,

I'm back from my holiday vacation with my fiance. No POE problems to report. They asked him the purpose of his trip. He said visiting. They asked if it was for business and he said no. Then they stamped his passport, no problemo. I barely thought about the NOA2 during the week but now it's back to the waiting room. Shouldn't be too long now.

I don't have any clue but a guess - maybe they're taking into account all the days the USCIS will be closed in December. Probably not, i dont think that igors makes predictions based on things like that - but that is something to consider. I will be off from work Dec 24 - Dec 26 and then Dec 31 - Jan 2. I bet most companies have holiday schedules like that. That's alot of days with no USCIS work.

anyway thanks all for your kind words...His dad is such a pompous a$$ if you get my meaning..its his way or the highway and if you have an opinion he hates you. He blasted us soooooooooo badly That we had to laugh because 99.9% of it was BS and #######.

I really do not think they know how much they pushed away Kai. They think we do not have money for the visa (even though WE started it already and We refuse to even discuss it with them..its not worth it..they wont listen anyway.

I had at one time was going to move there but we chose to have him come here instead because of the issue with his parents. THEY are very vindictive people and its sad because they will miss out on some important things

We got our NOA2 today! (email notification)
