Anyone make anymore wedding plans? I am starting to think about it more and make appointments to go look at places. I won't be going to look until around Christmas time and hopefully by then I can kind of have an idea on a date.

Today was a rough day at work SO i am happy it is DONE. I am exhausted!

Kai got a better job to help with wedding funds and that SO I am HAPPY!!! this takes so much pressure off me!

I feel so blessed today!

Aubry love you doing okay today??? Hold that head high...we are in this all together girl and think..SOON SOON we will get our loved ones back!!

Trying to keep busy. Andy's still pooped from his long flight so I've only had a short hello time. He's going to need another day to recover - that 9 hour time change is a doosey. Then hopefully he'll stay busy with job hunting and stuff during the day. We're sure going to need the money to help pay for all the visa/medical/flight/wedding/AOS stuff coming up down the road. Wish I had time to work a part-time job to make the financial stuff less overwhelming, but it's not realistic with my studio projects & intern job. I have a ton of work to catch up on this weekend since last week I couldn't focus on it.

Basically I'm trying to keep my nose to the grindstone so I don't notice how empty and quiet this place feels without Andy here.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and consoling. It's really helped me. I can't stand hearing from people not going through this - "it's not forever" or otherwise blowing it off like it's no big deal. It feels so much better knowing there are people out there that really understand and care.

Me to! I get a little jealous because everyone gets to visit their lovers and kai and I have not been able to afford a visit since he was here. I really cant wait to have him get off that plane and never have to leave me again

Yeah I get jealous of all the people who have partners in canada or mexico... and the ticket prices to Australia fluctuate so wildly, $1000 in August $3000 in December. =/ On the plus side, I now have enough miles to fly to Sydney for the interview (good thing to cause its likely to be in December!)

Btw.. I'm a late june filer, but we dont seem to have a thread that is active so I think I'll join you lot, were close enough on the timeline anyway.

Has anyone tried PMing those folks and asking if they did something special? Sometimes people don't post that it was an expedite. I've tried seeing if I can pretend to be uninformed and bug my congressmen for an inquiry and a magical noa2 as a response. I know I'm not supposed to within the retarded USCIS posted timelines, but... Maybe I will try next month just for the hell of it.

No time to think about weddings for me atm. All I can think about is deadlines, money, finding time to talk to my Schatzi, and ... DEADLINES. Oh my god, I'll be celebrating when I get done with next week!!!!!

Although I am very happy for VSC It fustrates me and angers me that California is slower then a snails tushy!

What takes them so long when they; from what I understand get the same amount of visa aps as vermont???

They also got new workers also...SO why the slow down??
