On July 3, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.....is this good? So, we dont have an interveiw?

Also the I 765 & I 131 are still at the NBC in Missouri.

Transfers to CSC usually mean no interview. There have been some who were transferred to CSC, then their application was transferred to their local office, which meant they would have an interview.

We were transferred to CSC, green card approved without an interview.

Most people think a transfer to CSC is good:-). It is also normal for the I-131 and the EAD to be processed separately from the AOS and they don't seem to get transferred. I know that mine didn't and were issued from the Lee's Summit address, while my AOS was transferred to California.

Our case was also transferred to CSC last July 1. Hope we won't have an interview :). Good luck.

I was wondering about my EAD application still remaining at the NBC when my I845 was transferred to CSC . Thanks for the info that they are processed separately
