A Georgia 16-year old, the star of a hard-to-watch YouTube video in which he catapults an 8-month-old baby off of a pillow, has been arrested for cruelty to children. The boy was apprehended after one of his school teachers saw the video and informed police. The child, who was in the care of the boy's family at the time, was taken to the doctor by its parents and there is no word yet if there were serious
