LOST I-94

Do I have to worry about it? I am already set for an AOS interview next month. The lawyer we spoke to before said it's ok as long as there is a stamp that I pass immigration at the airport. Plus, there was no response from the USCIS whether I should file a request to immigration regarding a copy of my I-94.

That depends on the officer. I've read stories where the interviewers requested and took the I-94, EAD and AP from the foreign spouse but on my experience, the officer never took nor was interested on my I-94, EAD nor AP.

Call the helpline and ask them what can be done because maybe you have time to request a copy, it's better to have it at hand in case they request it than not having it at all.
