Medical question for US citizen and my Mexican wife

I was just wondering if I (American Citizen) need to have any immunizations myself? Will I need any exam or just my wife?

What immunizations will she need? What medical conditions are they looking for?

We don't have any health problems as far as I know. I don't have ANY of my immunizations though. My parent's didn't believe in them.

Your wife is the one that needs the immunizations. When your paperwork is completed at the NVC and just about to be forwarded to the Embassy they will give a set of instructions specifying what kind of shots she will need and a list of doctors approved by the Embassy.

They are looking for communicable diseases like Active Tuberculosis, HIV that pose a MAJOR HEALTH RISK to the general population (and with HIV I think getting visa is still possible - just need to apply for a waiver). Smaller illnesses that can be transmitted to general population they don't care about.
