Hi, wife submitted pkt 4 at VFS for her upcoming K3 interview but they did not take the I-134 form. They took everything else but not the I-134 Affadavit of Support. Does anyone know why that is the case? They did not even browse through it. I thought they require the I-134 to be submitted for all K3 cases. Has anyone experienced this?

I would not worry about it. You can just take it with you for the interview.

Same thing happened to us - VFS refused to accept the I-134 or the marriage evidence documents, and instead, asked my wife to bring those stuff with her during the interview. When she went for the interview, they did not ask for any of those documents at all. She was issued the K3 visa without them ever looking at I-134 or marriage evidence documents.
