Ok k3 interview passed at Cd Juarez now whats next? my 130 is also approved do i sumit thee AOS? and how long would it take if 130 approved? Thanks evryone for all your help..

You can either do Adjustment of Status in the US, or you can finish the process of the I-130. If you go forward with the I-130, you would need to return to the consulate in Juarez for the interview. But it is faster than Adjustment of status if returning for the interview is not a problem. Also Adjustment of Status is $1010. I-130 at the NVC costs $470.

Yes i am still living in cd juarez and it is easy for me to acess the US Consulate thank God for that.So STEVE if i dont pursue AOS in the US it comes automaticly to the consulate and how long does it take to get here? Now that thee I130 is approved.. Thanks evrybody and if you need any tips here in Cd Juarez just ask and i will reply.

Has your approved I-130 been forwarded to NVC?

You may want to find out whether the approved I-130 is being held up or forwarded to NVC.
