HI GUYS, I HAVE A QUESTION TO ASK, ON MY I 129-F APPLICATION FORM QUESTION # 18, HAS YOUR FIANCEE MET AND SEEN YOU WITHIN THE TWO YEAR PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEEDING THE FILING OF THIS PETITION? BY MISTAKE, I CHECKED THE NO BOX ON THE FORM, BUT I CLEARLY DESCRIBED HOW WE MET IN THE LAST TWO YEARS BEFORE FILING THE PETITION, AND I ALSO SENT ALL THE PICTUTRES OF MY PREVIOUS TRIPS TO SEE HER, ALONG WITH ALL THE NECESSARY PRIMARY EVEDINCE INCLUDING AIRLINE TICKECTS, BOARDING PASS, HOTEL RECEIPTS AND AMT WITHDRAWALS IN HER HOME COUNTRY. I ALSO INCLUDED A LETTER DESCRIBING HOW WE MET IN THE LAST 2 YEARS PRIOR TO FILING OUR PETITION. MY QUESTION IS WILL THIS ERROR GENERATE AN RFE? I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR INFO ON THIS.

You'd think they'd see that you have the evidence of meeting and will just changed the checked box from no to yes, but there is no guarantees. I wouldn't worry about it, because you'll drive yourself crazy! If they won't accept the application because of the discrepency, then I suspect you'll get the package sent back to you. If this happens, check the correct box and mail it back at your soonest! I'm hoping they just ignore the wrong checked box.
