I interviewed at embassy for IR-1 and I passed the interview. I will get visa in a couple or days...

By the way, my K3 visa is still pending...(Vermont service center)

Is there no problem to enter US with my IR visa (with K3 pending)?

FYR, I would like to share my interview experience..

I had abandoned my greencard in 2006 and reapply IR-1 visa. So, the consul asked me about that aggresively(I worried if I couldn't got visa). He wasn't freindly at all.... I explained our situation until he understand it... He asked me if I would abandon greencard again and I replyed NEVER!!!

And, other questions are, how many children? what's your husband's occupation? how did he acquire citizenship?

And, I brought copy of his employment letter(that's what I worried to be asked to bring original). Consul didn't ask to bring original..

All VJers, good luck!!
