Question regarding petition date?

I had a question regarding processing time date posted on USCIS. The date shown are those for the cases which have been completed or for the one they are working on. Also what do they look at the reciept date, or the date we send or the date they recieved the petition.

My timeline is below. Does anyone have any idea when it will be approved. Thanks.

I-130 sent 12/17/07

I-130 notice date 01/30/08

Touched 05/06/08

since then NO touches or any thing else.

If you filled in your timeline ( http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=49808 ) you would get an estimated adjudication date estimated from other timelines on VJ

There is no way we could give you that information. Each case if different. But like ZeeNusah suggested, if you fill in your timeline, it will give you an estimated date based on the cases filed around the same time as yours.
