thinking its just the (salt) taste, but i may also do on cantaloupe, oranges, grapefruit ha (i know i know)

There was no option for "soak in vodka first, leave the salt out."

I only put salt on tomatoes and grapefruit.

Eh, they're just as easily available as the regular--just pricier (per lb).

I don't like watermelon in its natural state and cannot imagine that salt would improve it. That sounds extra yucky to me.

I've eaten watermelon with feta cheese, which is salty, but no I don't salt the slices themselves before eating. Though I can see how that combination may be palatable to some.
