Denial

I got an email from USCIS, it said my I-129f was denied. I was not surprised. I wasn't interested to be truthful since my I-130 is finally moving.... Should I be concerned ??

Will Guz have anything to say about this in the future when my wife goes to the interview? It is my understanding, the I-130 and the I-129f(K3) are separate, you either interview for one or the other. Since I have waited for almost 2 years for the CR1, why would I want the K3 now?

The Denial was due to me not sending supporting documents with the application. I was told at the time of applying for the K3 that I only needed to send a copy of the NOA1 for my CR1 and G325a, I was told this by a USCIS operator over 4 months ago, I didn't hear anything again from them about additional papers until little over a month ago.

On July 1, 2008, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you.

Since the Consulate is a part of a different department, they should bot even be aware that the I-129f was denied.
