NVC for K3...how long??

How long have you all with k3 visas waited for your case to get to the NVC and then have it forwarded to the embassy?

Congratulations on the approvals!!

For our K-3 timeline:

6/11/08......NOA2

6/20/08......arrived at NVC (call them and speak w/ representative to learn updates by telling them your USCIS number, and if your case has arrived, they will give you a new number that starts with CRO......I read that Tuesday morning is the best time to call because that's when they make the updates.)

6/23/08......letter sent to me stating that our I-129f will be sent to the embassy within a week.

6/30/08......I called NVC and was told that our case has been sent to CAIRO!

June was definitely the month for us! After nearly 10 mos at USCIS, it feels SO GOOD to be moving on.
