My husband (then fiance) fell in love with me when I recorded the song "Get Here by Oleta Adams" and sent it through email. We haven't met in person at the time and he felt how sincere my feelings for him when he listened to me singing the song. Until now, it has been his favorite song. He also love Forever and For Always by Shania Twain...

Ours is LOVE MOVES IN MYSTERIOUS WAY... everytime we go for videoke, he would always request that we both sing the song, kahit sintonado hala BIRIT :lol:

the song really speak to us in many ways. (L)

But I have loved the song CHERISH THE TREASURE OF YOU since I was young, i would always sing or just hum the song every now and then.. i was involved in a few relationship but could never really attach that song to any of them till I met my fiance. it feels as if my heart have reserved that song for him and only for him. This will be our wedding song.

and for the family that we will soon be creating this is our song: HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH.. which will also be one of our wedding song... with it goes the prayer that we could really make our home a household of faith where Jesus Christ is the center becoz that will be the only way that we could ensure we would have a successful married life no matter what trials, storms and hail comes our way.

I have loved the song "CHERISH THE TREASURE OF YOU" long before I knew it was a love song... i first heard it from a casette tape (yeah no CD's that time yet) a friend bought from the mormon store, so for the longest time I thought it was a song for God-man relationship...until, after my fiance proposed and we went about the planning and i was looking for Christian wedding songs and it came up. That was the only time I realized what the song really is. The words that i have been singing and humming mindlessly for several years now just took a different meaning. IT SEEMS SO PERFECT FOR US. :luv:
