Good Morning

i did not file for the the visa yet .

but i found that topic and i want to post it to whom it may concern

In October 2008 a new version of the U.S. citizenship test will be taken by all applicants. Could you pass it? The questions are usually selected from a list of 100 samples that prospective citizens can look at ahead of the interview. Some are easy, some are not. We have picked some of the more difficult ones.

NOTES: Candidates are not given multiple choices in the naturalization interview. The following questions have been adapted from the immigration service’s sample questions.

Could you pass the latest citizenship test?

i bet that most of Americans citizens can't answer those questions .

have a nice blessed day all .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

Yikes I failed! I suck at Government!! I wonder how I passed in High School?

I aced it, but have been studying with my wife for her civics test, probably would have gotten 50% right or wrong if I didn't. But multiple guess type tests are a lot easier than being asked a verbal question. Ha, I know the answer, and it's on the tip of my tongue kind of thing.

What if they asked to recite all nine members of the supreme court, name all hundred senators and their states, and all 435 members of congress, and their states, all 50 states and their capitals, and a word for word recitation of the 27 amendments of the constitution? Ha, don't believe anyone can do that.

Recall in the eight grade memorizing the Declaration of Independence that was set to music, but forgot that the next day. Has anyone here read the 11,000 page IRS tax law and can recite all the IRS forms, or can you even state all the immigration forms and briefly state what they are for? In this respect, even knowing the basics of the US Constitution would be easy. Already wrote to my senator, if he is looking for something to do, to burn all the old laws and come up with something simple. It started off that way.

We also have 1,525 government agencies that most were formed within the last 35 years that each has their own set of laws. Then our congress talks about passing new laws that are already on the books. Illegals have been clearly defined, but they want new laws, but were never enforced in the first place.

If asked a question by your interviewer, wouldn't you like to answer a question with another question? Like, why is it whenever I call the USCIS and talk to a different office, I get a different answer? Ha, better not, just go in with a smile on your face and a halo on your head.

I wonder if someone could verify that this will be the actual test from a U. S. government website? Since that my be about the time my wife will be tested, I would like to know for sure what test she will be given so she can prepare. A news source may not be accurate.

I reorganized all the latest questions for my wife in two columns with two sheets that can be printed on both sides as a study guide.

I combined some of the questions with the assumption if you knew Bush lived in the White House could reason out that the White House is the home of Bush. The senators and congressman names are for Wisconsin as is the governor, that you would have to change for your state.

Was hoping on getting comments on how to improve this test.
