CASE NOT YET AT NVC

...just an update my Mr. M just called directors office, The representative tell him that our case already approved and forwarded to nvc....and the Rep. tell him all fallow up must be done in nvc....

my Mr. M forget to ask when it was forwarded...but i think its a goodthing we know our papers is on its way.....hoping to get new case number soon...not only for me but all of us here, waiting....Godbless!!!

hello there i just put my inof on tha topic...please just update it..thank you!!! ..seems im the most of waiting time among other there.....i hope nvc will give us good news this week.....seems like nvc and uscis give us good news and same info this week.....im really hoping...that the uscis director office give us honest answer regarding our case....everybody can call director office....just make that move, in that way youll know the status of your case...

Tomorrow will be the last work day of this week. My case still has not been processed. I suddenly had a theory: Our cases have been forwarded to the NVC but the NVC hasn't entered them into the system. Only this hypothesis can explain why some June cases have already been forwarded to consulate/embassy.

Same here beijing.qifan. There's no update on our case too. I agree with your theory cos someone told me that the operator like when you call, they don't have any idea if our case is already there cos it's not yet entered into their system not until there's a case number assigned to it that's the time they enter our case to their system.

Let's just keep the faith.

...confused here...i call nvc today, asking them if we have assign case number already, the lady whom i talk says that they dont have our case in their system yet, she ask me if we already had the approval letter from uscis and i said yes, and i tell her, i call coz i got an e mail from nvc stating that our case had been forwarded in nvc for process ..she think that, that e mail came from uscis, so now im confused if that e mail is true or the lady ddnt know that our case has been forwarded....to nvc????but she told me to try to call next week.......darn....

After 5 weeks, NVC still hasn't received our approved petition. After calling NVC, I called the USCIS's director's office and was forwarded to a rep's voicemail. Hopefully she'll be able to respond to my message.

Have any of you ever thought of using INFOPASS or contacting your congressman? I'm thinking of diving into both options at this point.

After 5 weeks, NVC still hasn't received our approved petition. After calling NVC, I called the USCIS's director's office and was forwarded to a rep's voicemail. Hopefully she'll be able to respond to my message.

Have any of you ever thought of using INFOPASS or contacting your congressman? I'm thinking of diving into both options at this point.

When I called the USCIS about a petition that never arrived at the NVC the rep told me to make an INFOPASS appointment. If if were convenient I would have done it. It's only 250 miles one way to our 'local' office.

I think you got it wrong. I mean congratulations you got your case number.

About your question, I guess you're just waiting for the letter. I'm not sure if they give you your case number over the phone or by email when you're case is already in their system. Did you try to call and ask for your case number? If they don't give it over the phone or by email then you just have to wait for the letter from them.

....hey girl, i wondering you got automated message when you call...coz everytime i call i can always get to hold somebody in nvc...i always call from Philippines coz my my Mr. M is really busy, now im confused, i cant think straight where exactly our papers.....waaaaaaaaaaaa...hope next week is our lucky day!!!
