I can't believe guys acually 'worry' about a streched out #######. I mean...either you want children with your wife or not...grow a bigger di**, how about that? Yes your muscles down there might strech but it's not like they get streched forever you - the pregnant lady - does her kegels before and after birth. Maybe I'm too Alice Schwarzer for this thread.

I don't want children if it means my vag is stretched. I'm selfish like that.

Who says that is is going to strech and believe me, if you are dealing with engorgement, hurting nipples, Lochia (the stuff that's coming out of you for about six weeks post partum no matter how you gave birth), uterine contractions, no sleep and hemmoroids...you won't care about a streched #######. Women are made for having children vaginally and it's not like it's an old rubberband that's been laying out in the sun for too long. Muscles need training and even a streched out ####### (from having a baby going down your birth canal and being in the part that can be streched for ... lets say 3 minutes) can be trained back...but if that is too much to ask for then go ahead and have a c/s, pain, a scar and the possiblity of bleeding to death or having a hysterectomy.

C-Section! Who wants a stretched vag?

Exaclty...and daddy takes off three weeks to do the household chores and take care of the baby. I wuoldn't have a problem with a c/s then either. You know that there's no intercourse for 6 weeks after a c/s. It took me 6 months to 'recover' but hey...have no streched vag...awesome...

6 weeks/months of no sex vs stretched vag for life....hmm

It's not for life!!!

Well, given the number of people in the world who have given birth to more than one child, I am assuming it ultimately doesn't make that big of a difference to most men.

 Well, that and many men value their wives for more than just their #######, although I guess some are not so lucky.

I choose not C-section. Obviously, complications could arise, but I'll probably go natural. Most women in my family have about a 45 minute labor after their water breaks, and none of them as far as we know ever realized they were in labor prior... so no one has ever had any time to have pain meds anyway.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I get it that women are made for v births, but what if your husband is 6'3" and very big boned. His entire family is like that and he had a sister-in-law who was a bit smaller boned like me(5'4") get so torn up she had to go into surgury to fix it and was unable to take care of her baby for 3 weeks anyway.... she almost died  I'm talking babies that are 9 lbs minimum  The thought of that just scares me. So either way, I'm terrified of having one of his babies

Dont be scared the largest of men may have been born small and fragile. Your body will know what to do and if it needs extra help the doctor will be there to help make that choice.

I dont want to rain on your parade, but the women in my family also had a history of short quick and easy labors. Longest was about 5 hours. But somehow that information was totally irrelevant 50 hours into labor with my first :P
