As I have noticed on the sample forms presented and available on JV website on DS 156, DS 156K, DS 157 and some other forms, it seems like on the upper right corner of the page, the form expiration date are displayed. I actually use that form. My question is, does the Date expires which is 7/31/2005 (see sample form on the website) matters a lot? If yes, am I allowed to changed it? I am just thinking it is a government form so any alterations and changes from the original is strictly prohibited unless otherwise there is stipulation. Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you Visa Journey. God bless us all.
