uuhhm...does it have to be notarized? i read one post here that she was asked as an additional evidence, the employment certification of the petitioner, with stated salary and should be notarized.

is it really needed?

Hi shes, I think it's case to case basis. Mine was not notarized. As long as your fiance's salary is above poverty guideline then there's no problem about it. Some pre-screeners ask for it, some don't. So better bring it with you na lang, just in case

Hi hanny, how did you call USEM to for your schedule? Did you get the confirmation through email? Kasi pag meron ka no'n may nakalagay do'n kung hanggang kelan ka pwedeng magpa-resched. Tingnan mo muna.

Hi there Im sure you will passed as long as your husband income is more than $24,000.00 in a year that's there minimum bracket so you shouldn't worry...

ah...so the notarization is only mandatory for the I-134 form. ok yes Riza, il bring his employment certification, ITR, w2 and bank statements. that should be enough to satisfy the CO.
