im running out of time just want to make sure of this..is the employment letter from petitioner need to be orignal or attachment from email good enough?? thanks

The employment letter Ryan sent me was original. It has the signature of someone from HR. I think it should be original since they are particular about letterheads and the signature affixed on the certification. I read lostgurl's thread and USEM asked her to pass employment letter with letterhead and such.

Maybe someone from here have tried email attachment, then it will be ok. Someone should confirm this.

thanks riza! sana someone would confirm kung ok lang kasi ung husband namail nya na kanina ung ibang docs but ung employment letter nakalimutan nya! pag nangyari im doomed talaga! hehehehehe pag nag pa re sched ba ako mga ilang months ako mag aantay? do u have any idea?

ic. tumawag ako sa kanila and asked kung ok lang na scanned ung employment letter they said to just bring nalang kasi kung d daw maganda ung ITR nya baka hanapin but ok lang na copy sya...hay..salamat riza...

Yong sa akin email attachement lang but the prescreener nor the consul never asked me for the employment letter. i even tried giving it to the prescreener along with bank statements pero sabi nong prescreener sa consul ko nalang ibigay should he ask for additional financial docs.

sa case ko kasi, above the poverty guideline na yong income ng fiance ko na nakaindicate sa ITR kaya siguro di nako hiningian ibang supporting docs.

if above the poverty guideline income ng petitioner, usually the ITR will suffice. I do hope someone could add their experience regarding this matter.

if it is $144,000 that will be WAY ABOVE the poverty guideline kahit pa sa 8 katao.

You will be ok.

sus ginoo! pati ako kayang suportahan ng fiance mo hehehe! way above poverty line ang ITR ng fiance mo kasi dapat >125%. in your case kung 2 household members lang kayo, he should earn >125% of $17,500. so what do you think? paampon na ako sa inyo

my fiance's income last year is half of your fiance's..they didnt ask for the letter of his employment. i just gave them I143, form 1040 and W2. but it's a case to case basis.

Hi hanny, how did you call USEM to for your schedule? Did you get the confirmation through email? Kasi pag meron ka no'n may nakalagay do'n kung hanggang kelan ka pwedeng magpa-resched. Tingnan mo muna.

elow riza, hanny is under cr1/ir1 so NVC magbibigay sched sa kanila, if she'd resched mas matagal na hintayan. Her husband's income is way above average so di na masyado malaking issue yong employment letter but if ever naman, my take is mas ok na yong to follow nalang if kaysa pa resched pa cya.
