I'm not sending this until after we get back from vacation (gone the 9th, back the 28th) because I don't want to send it before and miss the biometrics appointment. Anyhoo, I want it all ready for mailing when I get back, let me know if I missing anything or if I don't have enough evidence please, thanks!

Letter from Keith's company of the designation of his life insurance to me.

Copies of our health insurance statements for 2007 and 2008 showing a joint policy.

Copy of our dental insurance showing a joint policy.

A copy of our airline ticket stubs for a vacation that we had in December of 2007.

A copy of the deed to our house in both our names.

Copies of various bank statements showing both our names and our various addresses.

Copy of life insurance in both our names. (He has one at work and we have one with another company as well)

Copy of phone bills showing both our names.

Copies of our drivers license bearing same address.

Keith's 401K showing me as the beneficiary.

Various copies of photos of us throughout the last 2 years.

A notarized letter from our previous landlord confirming our past addresses (We didn't have lease, we lived rent free)

A notarized letter from my father in law confirming our residency at his home

It looks good, Stina. You seem to have covered the full period of the marriage and have a variety of evidence showing mingled financial assets and liabilities as well as evidence of shared addresses. Good luck - and enjoy your vacation.
