filing the I-129F

hi,my fiancee in usa and I filled in the I-129F and G-354A forms this month(MAY), but she still doesnt send them because of something which will take time,i want to know if there s a limit of the time, i mean i heard we have 90 days to file them,i want to know about that , please.

You can file the I-129F whenever you like...... As long as you have met within 2 years of sending the file.

Once you get your K-1 Visa... you have 90 days to marry.

iceyspots was right to,as my question was about filing the I-129F , i know that when u get the K1 visa u have to marry within 90days in usa,i asked if we mustnt pass a limit of time to send the I-129F to the service center,now i got the answer , thank you a lot everyone

Abderrahim n tina, once you have K1 visa it is good for 6 months and you should get marry within 90 days after your arrival in the States. I don't see any timelimit of when you should apply for K1...whenever you are ready then you could file at anytime. Good luck!
