have you decide to head back to Colombia?

The latest is, I went in to check up with my doctor why I was getting mild chest pains and heart palpitations. Well, things don't look real great. I'm now on 4 medications, I have to get a full blood check, and I'm not sure if I'll be going back to South America. When I was in Bogota for a few hours in March, I just couldn't catch my breath. This might have to do with my heart condition. I don't know if I could ever go there (or in any mountain region) without any complications.

Last week (Thursday), I worked out really hard on the bicycle, and ever since my heart started acting strangly, I haven't felt the same. Leidys understands, and she's praying for my recovery. I return to work tomorrow, and hopefully, I can work without any major interruptions.

I received an email from Maria. She just explained that she was concerned about my diagnosis, and when I tried to call her American phone number today, it was busy. So, she's doing business, and I'm sure things are progressing in the right direction.

Don't worry about sounding insensitive. I found this out today for the first time, and although I feel great, I have to take things 1 day at a time. I hope to get back to Barranquilla in December SO BADLY. But, I can only do things according to what my body and my doctor will allow at this point.

Lots of new medical problems, and I'm still thinking about my return to Barranquilla.

Last night, Leidys cried and cried. I felt so bad for her having to deal with this information from a guy she just met 1 month ago. I told her to look on the bright side;

1. I can't stay out all night boozing and womanizing.

2. No drinking, no smoking.

3. I can only stay calm, no bad attitudes/negativity.

4. Just work, rest, eat and sleep. Sound exciting???

Having only known you for a month myself, I'd say you're ok with 2-3. But 1 and 4 are gonna be problems. 1) cause you like the Barranquilla booty and 4) because you like to 4x4 (which is certainly not work, rest, eat or sleep).
