I am just wondering... You started the thread because you are worried with Onelis then afterwards I noticed that you're telling stories with full details which are not exactly needed (like you meeting this and that, the way this and that look at u, etc).

In my opinion, it is really better for you to start your life with peace and silence...

Sorry for the crazy details. I was confused - bigtime. I'm starting to put things into perspective. My first instinct was to return straight home. But, my luggage was lost, and I had to wait a few days for my clothing to reach my hotel. By that time, I went on a date with someone really nice, but I was still reeling from the breakup.

I'm still having a tough time, but as time goes by, I am realizing that this was not the relationship for me. This would not have been a suitable relationship to start a family in. Nor, would it be a positive one in which to start a family with.

When someone lies and misleads the other, her family, and is dishonest - that person being affected goes through an array of emotions, does things they don't think they'd do, and finally calm down and get their bearings. I'm in that last stage now. I am moving on, and yes, I have a new friend, but we are going very slowly, because I do not want my past relationship to color my next one. I appreciate everyones advice and positive thoughts. Trust me, I needed to share while I was 3,500 mi. from home and with no familiar people to discuss things with.
