Where did she go?

Thanks for the sense of humor. Lets keep it respectful, though. Today, I am going to visit with my friend Mike. Thankfully, as one of my best friends, he lives only 10 minutes away. His job? School District Head Psychologist. When problem solving needs to be done, he is at the top of the game.

Afterwards, to visit mom and dad. Traveling to Colombia was a scary experience for them. With what has been in the headlines lately, and knowing little else, can you blame them? But, what my gut has told me is to take "Baby steps" in whichever direction I decide to go. Slow, deliberate steps are all that I can handle at this time.

I put together a tour of Baja California last year in honor of our late friend Andrew. Mike is wearing one of the shirts I had made for the event. He's a real good guy who I am fortunate to have as a friend.

I spied a lone man drinking and staring Leidys up and down - that´s when I knew I belonged with this woman, and no one else would have her.

Somehow this doesn't seem to me to be enough to start a life long relationship on - sounds like nothing more than good old fashioned male competition - "I won the prize'. Let's say that lone man hadn't stared Leidys up and down - would Ken have ever discovered she was the one for him? If it takes another man looking at her in appreciation for him to

No worries. I certainly felt caught up in the moment. Leidys makes a great friend. And as I told her, that has to be the foundation in order for anything to work. But, with what I had gone through recently, I am feeling incredibly numb at the moment. So, I am glad to have some time for recovery while I am off from work. Time will give me an idea what to do in the future. Time will allow me to heal and that's what I need right now.

 this is a crazi thread fer sure

Life can be that way. I guess what matters most is how we react, and get in control of the situations rather than let them rule over us.

When our CIO travels to Bogota, he has 24/7 armed bodyguards....

Exactly why my parents were concerned. Actually, Onelis and her family were scared for me getting 'taken' for all of my money, swindled, attacked or worse. I saw what happened to that man in the downtown market 2 days ago, and that offered proof. You have to know where you are going there in order to stay out of harms way.

Maybe he has writers block

Yes, it was writers block. The lobby of the Caribbean Gold has 3 computers in its' own "Internet Cafe." All three were without a DSL signal as of the morning (yesterday) when I left. Jesus - the 16 year old owner of the Internet Cafe adjacent to the hotel does not open his business until 10 a.m. each day. When I had left for the airport at 10:30 a.m., he still had not opened for his business day.

As I looked out onto Calle 45 (Murillo), trees were being chopped down in preparation for the new "Metro" commuter train which will provide more rapid transit, and less pollution and congestion for the people of Barranquilla. I saw these trees being cut down as a metaphor of sorts. What? I don't know. Perhaps a new beginning.

At Ernesto Cortisoz Airport, I checked in for my flight, and I walked to the concession area for change so that I could call Leidys. Long story short, she had been crying off and on all morning - sad that I was leaving Barranquilla. The night before in Sweet Chalet, we made a pact of sorts to remain in communication. Communication is what is important. I was in Barranquilla because this is what had been lacking in the last few hours of my Visa Journey with Onelis (pictured below). Leidys has begun to cling, and cling tightly. I however, need time to heal. Timing has not been exactly on our side.

Originally, I was looking for an activity partner while in Barranquilla. Leidys was a great friend to have around. I approached our new friendship with absolutely zero expectations, and I was amazed at who she is as a person and as a doer, with dreams and ambitions. Leidys already approached the Visa topic, but I feel it is a bit soon to sincerely discuss. First, we will develop our friendship.

what's with her pic on your signature? if she dump you and u don't give a flying fukc that she did, since you not only didn't get upset, or even angry, but also went looking for a replacement, you should take her pic out of your signature in respect to the woman u obviously didn't love.

I started reading your post yesterday, and I think you have enough for producing a movie.

I agree with Nessa, if she is not into you, just remove her from your profile.

Good luck with your next friends, and remember that you have only one additional chance for K1. You are only allowed to petition for 2 foreign ladies.
