Our 60 minute AOS interview had plenty to do with my ex.

Our Spanish-English interpreter was excellent, btw. He explained to us that he has already assisted in 4 AOS meetings, so he was shocked that he was not allowed into our AOS meeting. The questions that we were asked related to her, our decisions to drop the K-1, and how/why I met Leidys. Our meeting was held entirely in Spanish, btw. The CO explained that if I could not understand his Spanish, there was no way that I could hold a verifiable conversation with Leidys.

When I asked the CO to repeat a question, he scolded me again.

The AOS meeting (or interrogation) could be a thread all its' own. My/Our K-1/K-1/AOS file was at least 2" thick. Trust me, the USCIS don't believe in throwing away old K-1s in the trash can.

Ken - that is really good K-1/AOS information. Seriously, you should create a separate post about how the information from your prior K-1 was retained, how it was used during the interview, etc.

We just returned from camping in Mexico. Tomorrow will be our 2nd Anniversary of meeting (during this thread).

Here are a few recent photos.

Camping on a barrier island 20 miles south of San Felipe, Baja, Mexico...

After camping, we headed north to Ensenada.

Finally, in Playas de Tijuana, Mexico we stopped to visit a ton of my friends where I introduced Leidys to everyone.

After 1 week in Baja, Mexico together that's the only way to be.

Tomorrow, we go see Enrique Iglesias and Leidys can hardly rest w/o talking about the concert.

I remember reading in your thread that it was a 'quick meet' with Leidys so I suppose that it would look suspicious at the AOS...but its cool that love wins out! And, I agree with the other posters....MAN YOU GUYS LOOK GREAT TOGETHER!

How was Enrique?

The concert venue was packed wall-to-wall w/Estrogen and perfume. Leidys had an incredible time, as did all of the women (and a few of the men). I thought Enrique put on a great performance, and we had a great time together. Here are a few pics. Leidys was lookin' hot, btw.

The show began, and all of the women shot to their feet.

Leidys dancing to Enrique. The woman to her right kept talking to Leidys in English non-stop. Leidys was trying to understand what she was saying, but smiled mostly and agreed to everything.

The venue itself wasn't very large (Morongo Casino, Whitewater, CA). So, everyone could see Enrique rip his vest off and grab on his female backup singer.

But, alas - the screaming had to come to an end, and all of the women packed the adjacent casino/nightclub all worked up about their favorite Latin singer.

The best part of all, was that I did not listen to a pre-recorded lip-sync session like you see on so many television broadcasts. Here was Enrique performing, "I Like It!" in front of 5,000 of his biggest fans.
