Have no fear, there's gonna be drama next month.

Onelis gave me a present that I wish to return back to her family. I don't need this present, and it would be better if it were back in her family's possession.

Do I call her and let her know I am in Barranquilla, or do I leave it at the hotel and ask her to retrieve it when I am back home?

Well for the board purposes everyone likes a little drama heheh. But since this is reality I wouldn't want to see anyone get hurt.. Who knows what Onelis has couped up her sleeve and plus you do not want to hurt Leidys by seeing the ex, even if it is to drop of something. Best just to arrive in Colombia and find a courier service and leave for them to package with no return address or contact information. At least thats what I would do to play it safe.

Yeah, the courier service is a good idea. That way you don't even have to let her know you were there until after you are already gone. Mail it off the day you leave so that by the time she gets it you are long gone!

Ken broooo was she mormon? Ahh and I believe I would fight dirty too if someone invaded my home.. Id first throw my evil claw scratching cat from hell at the person and then grab my hammer in my tool box but that would be too easy/ If I really wanted to be mean theres always the Vida Guerra poster hanging on the wall in my bedroom. Every male repairman that is not gay (since i live in key west there is always a possibility) has given praise to her assets. So if a robber came and broke inside they may just stop what they are doing and bow to the glory of Vida and that would be my chance to kick a$$ .

I agree, although drama would certainly make your story more interesting (is it possible to get a sequel out of this?), I think for Leidy's sake you shouldn't see the ex. Send it to her fed ex or something.

In March '08, Onelis shared with me the origins of her young family.

After returning from being on a mission near the Pacific coast of Colombia, Onelis returned to her Barrio Los Cedros where she met Edwin for the first time. Within 3 years, he had three children by three women. Onelis' child was the first in this Los Cedros baby boom, and this eventually led to her drinking and overall cynicism. After doing nails most days, Onelis would pop open a cold one to calm her nerves. During breakfast, she would usually drink some Coffee, and she seldom went to her LDS church which is located a short walk from her family's home. While I'm not LDS, nor do I believe the prophecy of Joseph Smith, I do respect the credo of hard work and abstaining from vice that is also the foundation of the Latter Day Saints.
