How long more do i have to wait. VSC haven't even opened my case yet. Senators dont do anything. What can i do?????????????? :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

You can probably do a lawsuit if you waited over a year... otherwise keep sending out letters (more than to your congressman).. I sent letters to senators, attorney generals, white house (president, vice president, first lady, chief secretary) and ombudsman too..

I am a january filer from CSC with no approval in sight. I don't understand why VSC has not moved it's date in like 4 months. It is not right. I still get the pre-packaged answer: "until they have passed your date, we cannot take any action"

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I'm an October 2007 filer and still nothing,

this is our second run through

in 2005 we applied for I 129 F , it was approved, but it expired in there hands, in California

Its been a long time to be without each other, and I have only been able to see him every two years,

Our first wedding anniversary is comine up 7/19 and for sure we won't be together, i will be here and he will be in morocco, as usual, they haven't even looked at my case

I asked for an expedite due to financial hardship, I have three children and no child support and they refused my expedite

they told me I live in Orlando, Orlando is expensive, but I have worked in Orlando for the past 10 years for the same company

I have lived here for 15 years, I don't know how I am supposed to be able to move, I don't understand how the woman in VSC could have told me this, it seems ridiculous to me

any way , just to let you know you are not alone and some of us have been going through this for an un-necessary severly long time

its not fair ,

I'm another October 2007 filer and we haven't heard a thing either. It's difficult to be patient about it when you see people who filed months after you being approved. But as there are so many of us I assume we are just in a big pile somewhere that they are working through slowly. And the newer people are in another pile down the hall (a much smaller one!)

How long? Well, our petition was just approved yesterday, it was received September 24. So, 9 months is what we waited, and that is without any RFE's. The whole process...sucks ###!!!
