Amen, Bulanglang. I started worrying about it too. No touches since the biometrics appointment either.

We applied back in June and haven't heard anything. True, we sent the application to the NSC and it slowed the process somewhat but even taking into account our biometrics was completed on 8/15 we're still six weeks past most of the others. Can you give me the link for checking to see whether we've even been touched? Thanks!

You can register here and add your case number.If you check 'receive email' option you will get an email when they approve your case.

Since their stated processing duration for this type of applications is 6 months, I think once you pass 6 months since application you should either call them or set an info-pass appointment to see what is going on.

It is not fair when they approve some who applied months after you did and not approve you.

Maybe the USCIS need to be privatized. They are not efficient. They charge lots of money for what they do and they still can not/ do not serve their customers well.

Folks, I received a letter today from USCIS on a plain white paper from Nebreska Service Center with the title,

"Notice of Removal of Conditional Basis of Lawful Permanent Residence". Even though I filed the case at California Service Center

I received the letter from Nebreska. The notice states that conditions on my permanent residence have been removed. I am curious if

anyone else experienced something similar?

Amen, Bulanglang. I started worrying about it too. No touches since the biometrics appointment either.

We applied back in June and haven't heard anything. True, we sent the application to the NSC and it slowed the process somewhat but even taking into account our biometrics was completed on 8/15 we're still six weeks past most of the others. Can you give me the link for checking to see whether we've even been touched? Thanks!

My NOA date is July 2nd and I'm also still waiting. No touches since the Biometrics update in August. My AOS was delayed due to name check issues, too, so I expected this to take a little longer for me (VERY common last name), but I have to admit I'm getting a little nervous now. I'll wait until the middle of January and then make an infopass to see what's going on.

Fingers crossed for you, Summersolstice, we will get there, and soon!
