Okay - I know that this was already posted somewhere, but I can't find it. Can you tell me if I have to take proof of the value of m home to satisfy the question on the I-134? Do I have to do another appraisal or will they just take my word for it? My income is plenty above the 125% poverty line for a family of 2 - so will they even care?

Thanks!

If you have a good income cushion you don't need to report anything else. If you need to report it you need an appraisial and then remember to deduct outstanding liens.

Right, just leave all asset portions of the form blank if you have sufficient income. (You did read the instructions, right?)

I did read the instructions, but I didn't see anything about leaving out assets if you're above 125% of the poverty line. The I-864 clearly states this, but I don't see it any place on the I-134 instructions. Can you point it out to me?

Maybe I'm mixing the instructions but the same principle appies to both. Just leave the assets blank.
