Hello everyone,

We are pleased to see all you being so optimistic, that is great and helps ease some if not most of the anxiety and fristration of the process. I'll get to the point now:

We just received a letter saying we missed appointment for removal of condition status, this letter says we were supposed to appear in Janurary! but we never received a single appointment letter. Here's the deal, back in February (a month after the supposed appointment) I spoke with a customer service rep who said I am ok and should be receiving the appointment letter soon. We are confused, now the letter says to surrender the green card (exp 2/8/08) and that a judge will determine the outcome. As most of you know, the letter states that we have to show credible evidence of post office error or something like that. I will be going to my local post office, I am 100% sure we never received the appointment letter, they must have misplaced it or perhaps it's a mistake by the UCSIS....we need to have peace of mind here, need some guidance..Has anyone experienced such an issue?

thanks. Carlos&Karla
