review the docs today but they want more evidences:

they want more evidences they want

- a letter from employer coe with letterhead

they want same format but "needs a letterhead" with notary

on the same page --- i gave them already but since the notary was made on the second page she decline it.

- rental (apartment) and ownership records

- new i864 fill up with the mailing address and the residence

address.. -- i gave this but since my father 7days works for his boss as a caregiver

-they also want us to put a documentation where exactly we

are living. (complete address)

- dad explaning whcich address we are going to live to.

Hi jonah,

Im so sorry to hear whats happening to you. I hope everything goes well with you soon. Have faith.

Same us here were still waiting for our visa to come. My interview was june 18 till now i never got my visa yet. I texted Delbros they reply me that they already forwarded my verification request to NSO last june 4, 2008 2 days after i paid. I keep on texting them asking the status of my case, but still process. I hope this week or next week i will get my visa.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems, but look at it from the positive side. This means they are working on your petition and trying to get it out of the way! Do this stuff quickly and correctly, and you'll be with your husband in just a few weeks!

My fiancee was also frustrated with the fact that she had to return to the Embassy, but I was excited because I know because they contacted her, it means they're working on the case. When I told her that, she changed her mind and was excited as well. :D

how much is fedex overnight priority mail?

Fedex doesn't exactly have an "overnight". Their fastest service is called "Fedex International Priority". It takes 3 calendar days, but if an American sends something on, for example, June 3 (June 4 for you), you would get it by noon on June 6 (that's how it was for my fiancee who lives in Metro Manila). It's the same for DHL - about 3 days with their fastest service; there just really isn't an "overnight" unfortunately, but 2.5 days to travel 13 time zones is pretty good!

As for the cost, it depends on the weight. I sent 0.5 pounds (about 0.25kg) of documents for about $30 using Fedex International Priority service. I sent 4.5 pounds of documents (about 2kg) for about $90 using it as well.

It flies to Anchorage, Alaska, then to Subic Bay, and boards the delivery truck in Olongapo.

Sent document package last month and it was around $48 for International priority, took 2/3 days. Time difference makes overnight impossible.
