OMG I know how that feels, my sister's cat gave birth on my bed while I was still in it!!!!!!!!!!

Animals will try to hide and go to a safe place to give birth. If they decided to give birth on your bed, and not below it, in a box somewhere or something... I'd take it as a HUGE compliment.. It means they feel safe with you and they love you. There's is nothing more vulnerable than a female giving birth and if she felt comfortable to do it in your presence... that's something. :D

They usually just hide and seek for piece and silence while they're in the middle of that. :star:
