This is what I have so far...is this enough or should I find more.

· Copy of passport and green card

· Letter from my company of the designation of my life insurance to Renato Mizutani.

· Letter from Renato’s former company stating we were on the same insurance and Stephanie was listed as the beneficiary.

· Copy of the note on our mortgage.

· Copies of several bank statements showing our Joint account

· Copy of our car title.

· Copy of our car insurance showing both parties covered.

· Copy of our 20-week ultrasound.

· Copy of a letter stating our donation to Siskin’s Children Institute.

· Copy of Renato’s 2007 Tax Return

· Copy of Stephanie’s 2007 Tax Return.

· Newsletter from church.
