Alright, I got my letter from my employer last week and next I want to fill out the I-134. But I was wondering does my finace recieve this and do I have to use that one? Or can I print one out here and do it that way? Where did everyone get theirs?

Consulate : Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

I-129F Sent : 2006-02-07

I-129F NOA1 : 2006-02-14

I-129F RFE(s) : None

I-129F NOA2 : 2006-04-24

NVC Received : 2006-05-09

Packet 3 Received : 2006-06-09

Packet 3 Sent : 2006-06-26

Called Cons. and was told Interview date: Sept. 26!

Packet 4 Received week later: 2006-08-16

The consulate sent me a copy of it. But I think that if you go to the Forms & fees section of uscis.gov you can print out a copy.

9/18/2006: Mailed AOS and renewal EAD applications to Chicago

10/2/2006: NOA1's for AOS and EAD applications

10/13/2006: Biometrics taken

10/14/2006: NOA -- case transferred to CSC

10/30/2006: AOS approved without interview, greencard will be sent! :)

11/04/2006: Greencard arrives in the mail! :-D

... No more USCIS for two whole years! ...

You can download the I-134 from the 'Downloads' tab at the top of the page. The downloads on VJ are directly linked to the USCIS site for the current form.

Don't wait for your fiances to receive one and send to you - download it and fill it out etc. Many VJers have downloaded from the USCIS website or other sites offering fillable forms. Good luck
